8.Paid Purchases and Cancellation
8.1 Prevego aims to provide the best services and software products to its users, but as mentioned in section 6, by using the Site, you accept that Prevego provides the services "at its discretion." Prevego does not guarantee the following for Free and paid (Single Purchase, Monthly Subscription) members and non-member visitors/users:
• The Site will always be active and available 24/7.
• The information on the Site is complete and accurate.
• The Site will meet the needs and expectations of all Users.
• The Site will provide uninterrupted service.
• 100% security of User information (Prevego takes the necessary precautions to store User information securely, but unfortunately, no transaction over the internet is 100% secure. Therefore, the ultimate responsibility and risk regarding this matter lie with the User).
• No data loss will occur concerning the data uploaded by the User to the Site.
8.2 It is free to start a membership on Prevego. However, the company may change these conditions. It is the responsibility of the users to follow these changes if they are announced on the website or communicated to the users through the determined communication channel.
8.3 Currently, there are single purchase and monthly subscription services on Prevego. The company may change the purchasing methods, and it is the responsibility of the users to follow these changes if they are announced on the website or communicated to the users through the determined communication channel. Prevego may change the prices of the services it provides. It is the responsibility of the users to follow these changes if they are announced on the website or communicated to the users through the determined communication channel. Prevego may refund if errors detected by the company are found in the paid services provided. Prevego is free to evaluate the detected errors. There is no time limit for the detection of errors and the initiation of refunds.
8.4 Prevego reserves the right to change the prices of the services it provides at its discretion when introducing new promotions, packages, or services, or due to external factors such as tax, VAT regulations, or inflation/deflation.
8.5 As part of the Free membership, Users can test some of the paid features provided to the User through the Site for free. Therefore, if the User with a paid membership requests a refund by canceling their paid account (Single Purchase and Monthly Subscription), Prevego does not make any refunds. Each User who becomes a member of the Site is deemed to have understood and accepted this. The only exceptional case where Prevego can make a refund is specified in section 10.7 below.
8.6 If the User experiences technical problems such as software application or server crashes or technical issues during the paid membership purchase process on the Site, resulting in the failure to activate the paid account, the User is obliged to explain the situation and send an email including relevant screenshots to Prevego at contact@prevego.xyz. In this case, if Prevego detects that the problem is caused by the Site, a refund may be made.
8.7 If the User uses the Site for malicious purposes, engages in malicious activities, shares information about the Site with third parties, or if Prevego has suspicions in this regard, Prevego may immediately cancel and/or permanently delete the memberships of the relevant free or paid accounts. In such a case, if Prevego suffers any damage, the User is obliged to compensate for the damages Prevego has suffered within 3 days without the need for any court decision.
8.8 If the User encounters any payment-related issues, they can contact Prevego by sending an email explaining the situation, including relevant screenshots, to contact@prevego.xyz. The Prevego team will review the request as soon as possible and respond to the User within 30 days at the latest. If Prevego does not provide any notification within 30 days, the User's refund request will be deemed rejected.
8.9 After the User purchases a paid (Single Purchase and Monthly Subscription) account through Prevego, an invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the user's account within 30 days following the purchase. If the invoice does not reach the User within 30 days following the purchase, the User should first check their spam or junk email folder or email filters. The User is responsible for ensuring that their email account is set to allow receipt of the invoice, and Prevego does not accept any responsibility for any consequences of the User's failure to do so. The User can request a receipt by sending an email to Prevego at contact@prevego.xyz within 7 days in case of technical issues on the Site that prevent Prevego from sending the invoice.
