4.Services Provided at Prevego's Discretion

4.1 Prevego concludes draws made on social media by providing information flow from social media applications through its software. Technical errors may occur in this software process, and users are free to delete and redraw the draw they have created. If technical errors occur, participants or users can report this situation to Prevego (via the relevant communication channels). However, the detection of errors must be made by us. If the error is detected by us and a technical error caused by our company is identified, a refund can be made.

4.2 Prevego is an application that provides an alternative software service where the results of the draws can be announced. Users who organize the draw can change the backups in the results or determine the winner regardless of the results. Changes made by users in the results of the draws are not under the responsibility of our company. The results of the draws are shared publicly on our page.

4.3 In case Prevego helps determine the winners of the draws, it is not responsible for providing the values (such as rewards/rights) promised to the winner, as determined by the user. This responsibility belongs entirely to the user organizing the draw.

4.4 Prevego is an application that can serve in more than one country. Users organizing the draw are responsible for acting in accordance with the legal rules of the country or region they are in while finalizing and publishing the draw. Prevego does not accept any responsibility in this regard.
