2.Rights of the User and Use of the Site
2.1 If the User wishes to fully benefit from the Service provided by Prevego, they can create a free membership account on the Site. However, the benefits from the services provided by the site can be accessed in return for a fee. As long as the User's subscription on Prevego continues, the User has the right to use the service and download documents created on Prevego as PDF format to their computer and devices like mobile phones and tablets. The User can purchase one of the subscription-based packages offered among the paid services provided by Prevego for personal use. Thus, a User who purchases a paid subscription can use all paid features offered by Prevego for the determined period. All paid features listed at https://prevego.xyz/tr/pricing can be purchased only for personal use, and the scope is specified on the related address. Prevego reserves the right to make unilateral changes at any time and without prior notice regarding these paid features.
2.2 When the User purchases a monthly subscription, their subscription to the monthly membership of PREVEGO will automatically renew each month. The User accepts that the renewal fee will be deducted from the credit card/payment method defined at the time of membership for each billing period. Users wishing to terminate their subscription can cancel their subscription via the site. After the expiry of the PREVEGO monthly subscription period, Users can edit the CV documents created on Prevego but cannot download the documents to their computer or devices. The documents can be downloaded again by re-purchasing one of the paid memberships (Monthly Subscription and Single Purchase).
2.3 The right to benefit from the Services is solely personal to the Users and they cannot transfer their account, username, profile, or any other item they use on the Site to another person, nor make it available for another person to use. Otherwise, Prevego reserves the right to claim compensation arising from such use. If Prevego detects such unauthorized uses, it can suspend or cancel the memberships of those users without any explanation. If other users are harmed due to the violation of this article by a User, the violating User will be responsible for this damage, and Prevego will not have any compensation obligation or any other legal/criminal responsibility.
2.4 The User is obligated to update all information they provide to Prevego or upload to the Site. In this context, the User will update their changing information on the Site and ensure that all information is always true and up-to-date.
2.5 Users can link to and access their social media accounts (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google+) in their CVs. In such cases, Users accept that Prevego will have access to any information, data, messages, tags, and similar elements shared, stored, or made accessible in their Social Media Accounts according to the privacy settings of the related Social Media Accounts. If any social media site violates the privacy settings of Social Media Accounts, Prevego does not accept any responsibility under any circumstances for such violations by the relevant social media site.
2.6 Users are personally responsible for the security and management of all information related to their membership account on the Site, including but not limited to username, password, and security questions. Users will not share their account name and password information with third parties. All transactions performed with the User's account name and password will be considered as performed by the User, and the User will be personally responsible for these transactions, even if these information (username, password, security question/information, etc.) is used by a third party – with or without the User's knowledge and/or consent. Users are still responsible for all transactions performed with their account, username, and/or password even in case of loss or unauthorized use of their account name and/or password. Users must immediately notify Prevego in case of loss of username and/or password or in case of suspicious transactions (including but not limited to unauthorized logins/transactions).
2.7 Users are obligated to comply with the laws, morals, customs, and the rules published on the Site, this Agreement, and all rules communicated by Prevego to all or specific Users, in all their activities on the Site and in all transactions they carry out with third parties contacted through the Site (including all communications and transactions with other Users and the Site).
2.8 If the User violates any obligation under this Agreement, fails to comply with any announcement, rule, or condition published on the Site, or fails to comply with any announcement, rule, or condition communicated by Prevego to them or multiple Users, (i) Prevego will compensate for any damage suffered due to such violation, and (ii) if any third party, private or administrative institution, or public authority imposes any sanction or makes any demand from Prevego due to such violation, the User will pay all compensation, fines, etc., and Prevego will be compensated for all other damages without requiring any payment order or court decision within 5 days.
2.9 Users will not engage in reverse engineering regarding the Site or Prevego's messages, applications, and other elements related to the Site, nor will they attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its servers.
2.10 If Users are allowed to comment or make other statements about any third party, User, or Company within the Site or Services, (Prevego is not obligated to provide this), Users will not share any political content, pornographic content, unlawful or immoral content, any advertisement, promotion, or commercial message, or links to any content, file, page, or other elements belonging to themselves or third parties.
2.11 Users will not use the Site or the software provided by the Site for any commercial or other purposes beyond personal use, such as preparing online documents (resumes, cover letters, resignation letters, and other features added by Prevego to the Site in the future) or gifting Premium resume packages to other users. Users will not use the Site to gather information about the Company or Prevego's operations, will not use or share such information obtained as a User for their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties. If Users are found to be engaging in such actions, and if Prevego suffers damages as a result, the User causing the damage will be responsible for compensating Prevego's material damage, and Prevego will have the right to claim compensation.
2.12 Users declare and undertake not to use any software that could damage the Site, not to engage in any behavior that could harm or threaten the functionality, security, or other aspects of the Site, or the security of other Users or their information.
