7.Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 The User (whether a member of the Site or not) accepts, declares, and undertakes in advance that all kinds of codes, software, texts, visuals, designs, logos, images, graphics, charts, plans, themes, resume templates, cover letter templates, resignation letter templates, and contents, schemes, and other elements (all referred to as "Works") on the Site and the infrastructure of the Site, and the database of the Site, and all intellectual property rights related to these Works and database belong to Prevego (all intellectual property rights related to the Works and the database, and other intellectual property rights of Prevego together will be referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights").

7.2 The User or third parties will not infringe Prevego's Intellectual Property Rights in any way. In this context, any action beyond the personal use and reasonable use of the Site, and any copying, reproducing, publishing, publicizing, processing, or otherwise using any Work or database will be considered as an infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights.

7.3 The User accepts that Prevego does not allow the use, copying, or use of the designs on the Site in any way different from the combination of documents created by the Site within the service, except for job applications. In case of such a situation, the User is responsible for compensating for the damage to the Site. This right of Prevego continues even after the termination of the agreement.
